That stretch of I-10 between Cotton Ln and Dysart Rd is known for really bad accidents and other exciting exchanges as witnessed.
I live just north of I-10/Cotton Ln about 4 miles, and go any other direction but down I-10 in that area, if I can help it.
The West side is growing too fast(like what part of Phoenix isn't), and it takes a toll on the underdeveloped highway system.
