What happened? I'll tell you what happened. They played decent in the first half. The second half VT came out ready to go and the Ags didn't. They played lousy defense...and lousy offense...and when you do that you lose football games. I didn't EXPECT a win going into that game....but I DID expect more effort. :

We had all of the breaks we needed to win a football game, we just couldn’t carry through. There is NO reason why we shouldn’t score 6+ pts inside the redzone in 2 tries!!! Definitely not the Wrecking Crew defense I know. Coach Fran defintely took some chances we are not used to though.

How about that slick little "hide the ball" move by Reggie?? Even fooled me....
And the on side kick attempt early in the game?? That surprised everyone. Too bad it backfired. :
Then there was Cody Scates with his 20 yard first down run when it should have been a blocked punt. They got him the next time though. :-
