Diesel is still 3.52 here but we always pay more due to all the tree huggers in office who love to tax it.

I got a problem...

I found a chain in the shop today about 6' long with two new looking hooks on the end. EVERY SINGLE LINK on the chain looks like its been over loaded. some could pass for a figure 8.

I dont know where the chain come from or how it ended up in my shop or why its got new hooks on it...

Good dismount Marcus. 4.7 out of 3

Freezing rain this AM ( you could tell, it was shivering ), snow tonight, -10C. cold should blow in following the snow, if it holds to normal form.

Took a wrench in the face last night, broke a corner of one front tooth. ( my fave, the only one... ) About 1/2 hour and 250 bucks in the chair this AM got it fixed up. Good start to another wonderful day.

Have a good one people

OK, where is that maid again - - no coffee on, no donuts, only things crawling around on the counter. Mercy. Where is the fire extinguisher - - that will clean them critters up.

Now, GET OUT OF BED. Dishes are washed, coffee, ph00, sweet tea, OJ in the box (gads - what is all that other stuff in there growing stuff on it?) Ran out for donuts - - on the counter - - even sprinkles for top.

Enough of this stuff - - I ain't paid to do this like the maid is - - grabbing my ph00 and I am out of here to get my day started. Have a great one - - even at -2, Marc - - just think, you could be down here having to sweat with me at 70 degrees. How horrible.

Morning... (quietly sneaks in...grabs a stick and pokes the dragon...)

Still working. I had to take leave, I could not get all this crap done and work a full shift, too.

I think I'll take some pics today. I have so much to do, it's overwhelming.

Coffee, and I'm gone.

We've got the colors RLV. Diesel dropped to $2.99 across town yesterday.

It's 6' long and got new hooks because that's all that was left when somebody got done abusing it.

Glad you're OK, now it's time to learn how to duck.

Hat, good choice. Take time to tie up the loose ends so life will get back to normal. Thanks for waking up the dragon..............Clean-up on isle 2!

Sounds like it's time for some shop-wide training on chain safety .... if someone put new hooks on that abused of a chain, they are not long for the gene pool.

Stopped by the Navy recruiting office yesterday to sick them on my eldest. Maybe the Chief can talk some sense into him ... everything I tell him dribbles out the other ear.

Y'all bundle up and be safe.

Morning all.
My goodness look at all the scuffs on the deck. You folks were wild last night in here. What happened to the handle of the buffer? what a bend.
Have a good day and please be good.

Thanks for the score.

Only my Mother or Wife call me that. And only when I'm in trouble...

I hate to sweat. Sweating means work and this is the breakroom! I'll be outside today helping a friend set a fuel tank. There will be sweating involved and it's -10*.

I'll take my #2 extra hot today.

Talking bigger issue...

I thought you were a paperwork engineer Fronty? what is all this 'shop talk' heheh nice pun...

home shop? no way could that get stretched that much! towing a loaded school bus , maybe...eek. glad it wasn't a hospital report...

like to come in here, the politics stuff gets me blood a-boilin'..... will be in Missouri come election day. have to go vote now- don't really want to know during my little gal pals trip for fun.....

forgotten downriggers solved! Ebay seller super nice guy- shipping them to CHAIKWA for me. now hoping the janitor will remember to toss them in the truck for the trip to Mass for their Fall training schedule run through my state.
husband will pick up from the highway intersect----this sounds like an episode of "CHUCK" or some HIllary campaign plan.....

Heidi out to VOTE!!!!! God Bless our Troops and THANKS to our veterans I get to do this...
