What is this Clamp?

Sorry for off topic, but I don't know anybody smarter than you guys/gals.. Yesterday I spotted a 5 gal bucket on the side of the road so I turned around to go get it (tell me nobody else has done this before...) So, when I got out of my Ram and walked over to get it, about 20 feet away, I found a pile of these clamp-things scattered around the area. So I got the bucket and started collecting them--nearly filled the entire bucket. I figure someone must have had the bucket on the back of their truck and either hit a bump or the wind blew it off. --what are these?

square head galvanized bolts would indicate something to do with high voltage line stuff. could be clamps for a power box or pole.

Those clamps are used for holding five gallon buckets down in the back of trucks. Ok, so I dont know what they are but upersleder's idea sounds pretty good.

I’m not sure but they appear to be oscillators.
