Well...I'm on the Dark Side Now...
The dealer made me an offer this afternoon that I thought was more than fair and I decided to take him up on it. Sitting in my driveway is a brand new 2003 Dodge 3500 Crew Cab, SB, SRW with HO Cummins and 6 speed transmission. I had the pleasure of driving in it today and MAN could that thing run. Sadly, it put my old Ford to shame...even much more so than I expected. This truck is a little bit smaller than my Ford was (dimensionally), but it's got the heart of a lion. I can't wait to see what kind of mileage I get out of the 34 gallon tank.<br><br>Anway...just cause I drive the same truck doesn't mean I like y'all any more than I did before.

Congrats Hoss, it sounds like a nice rig. I have found that this new HO 6sp. doesn't really need any bombs, contrary to some other opinions. : These things DO have the heart of a lion. Still, some guages maybe. ???

OK, now I am officially jealous.<br><br>What are we going to have to pick on you about now? Wait, you are still Hoss, so I'm sure there will be something.<br><br>I went by a Dodge dealer out in the country east of Raleigh the other day and did not see a single CTD on the lot - must have had two dozen gassers, only one Hemi - but no diesels.<br><br>Having diesels on the lot must be a Texas thing.<br><br>I hope you enjoy the new ride as much as the rest of us enjoy ours.<br><br>You know, once Momma gets a chance to drive it you are going to have to get another one for you ;D
