Ha ha! That place is a riot! Just dorve through there last year for the first time since I was a kid--still love reading all the billboards outloud with a poor accent just to bug who I'm traveling with

Yes, exactly! For a hundred miles in either direction; "99 miles to South of the Border", "98 miles to South of the Border", "97 miles to South of the Border"... It makes those 100 miles seem like a THOUSAND!

We will be making the trip next year. Gonna stay at the RV park. Planning on 5 days. Let me know if there is enough to do for 5 days or should we stay longer.

You staying at fort wilderness? If so we been there, great time. planning a trip with the grand daughter in 2011 cause of the great time we had with my 3 kids when they were growing up.

We did 10 day stays with 5 day hopper passes. There is a very lot to do and see in all the Disney parks. We planned it so that we could have rest periods in between 12 hour park days.
Don't forget Sea World while you are down there, it is worth the extra time and money.
Enjoy the trip all of you, at 46 i was like a kid in a candy store. Just have fun!!!!

Absolutely no worries, matter of factually you will not need you truck at all as long as you are going to stay within Disney. trams, buses and trolley all the time everywhere within "ALL" the Disney parks.
I am jealous but in a supportive kind of way.
