Afternoon, everybody. Home sick today. Upper respiratory stuff. Hard to type without dripping on the keys. (Sorry for that mental picture!) 27 degrees here, warmest it's been in over a week. I really feel for you guys on 3rd shift. I used to have to pull graveyard for a few days every once in a while. Felt like a zombie for the next week.

Shortround, be sure to update us on your confrontations today. Sounds like good reading!

DeWain
Chris has it, Karen just came down with it, I'll probably have it over my weekend off now >

Gonna stock up on peppercinni's and schnapps

If I can't enjoy my weekend off... I guess I'll have to enjoy it!

Mornin,,,, well for me anyways,,,
Man that was a nice nap,, 0930 to 1900. Feel like a new man! Just waiting on 2300 to go do it all over again.
Rich,,,, Now is the time to unplug,,, lose the pager, and tell them tomarrow that your phone lines were hit by lightining and your pager got fried while it was sitting in the recharger.
The lightining bolt hit the telelphone pole and it fell across the driveway, blocking any means to get to work. :
Hope ya feel better DeWain and anyone else who has the bug.
Hopefully, shortround didn't mame anybody too bad!
and Joel must have kept things going,, cause I still got trons here at home..... Thanks bud,,, ;D

Well, it's Tuesday night and I'm here again. Maybe not for long though. Just got the word this evening that two salaried positions are being eliminated by weeks end. Thats the thanks you get for 20+ years of service. My son may get bumped from his position also since he has only been there a little over a year. I'm more concerned about him than me. He just bought a house and everything. I could see it if the company was going broke but the corporate greed strikes again. This company is making money by the dump truck loads and it is all going to the cats at the top.

I can see it now, thanks for getting the units back on line and making us millions of dollars dude and oh yeah, you're fired. See ya.

Mornin DTR Folks,
Just got back in the office from making the 0300 rounds,,, Joel,, you got the next set. ;D We are down right now due to repairs on a broken water main from last night.
Sure was nice to see 39* on the truck thermometer when I left home for work tonight, instead of 14* like it read last night! RATTLIN liked it much better too! ;D
It might even be warm enough today to give her a much needed bath. :
