Good Mother's Day morning to all.
Wifey is at work today, gonna surprise her and bring her lunch.
She's kind of bummed out it's raining.
We were gonna go for a scooter ride with her parents later.
We'll have to do that another day, if it ever stops raining.
Gotta go and call mom.

Later, Rich

Got wifey some stuff, kids came over and we had a big feed. I had to leave and come to work before the cake was cut

Still in the doghouse, but sure was fun seeing the kids and g-son.

Happy Monday.......
Drizzly and cool in the DC metro area.
Coffee's nice and warm, sitting at home, decided to make it a 4 day weekend.

Wifey's trying to read the paper in bed with her new Mother's day gift trying to chew and scratch eveything in reach.
Yes we now are the proud owners of a seven week old Min-Pin female puppy, Princess.
Obi the Min-Pin is NOT impressed with this intruder into HIS domain.
Still trying to figure out why is it that a Mother's Day gift new puppy means I have to let her out, feed her clean up her 'accidents'.

Maybe I need to change my name to 'Pooper-Scooper-Ed'

Y'all enjoy the workday, I'm gonna take a nap.

We had a great Mothers Day with it being the first for my wife.
I hope all you ****** had a great one even if you did wear speedos in the gatorglades to fend off your bride. Gee, I wonder who I am referring too?

Heres a few hints...
He is Brakedum
Wears Yellow Speedos over his pants
more often then not his space bar on his keyboard does not work.
Has enough hot air to keep the state of FL warm.
And last but not least, he has become a great friend over the past few years in spite of his wardrobe and his 'choices'.

Scotty

OK, where did the maid hide the coffee filters??? The NEW ones, not the used ones....

I guess I'll just have to boil it then put in a cup of cold water to get the grounds to sink and strain the rest through my teeth. The things you have to to around here...

Everyone have a good 'un.

Monday came on Tuesday for me.
Back to the salt mines......
20 minute backup on the way to work 'cuz a road crew that was 'sposed to pick up their junk before 0500 that was blocking 2 of the three lanes on one of the main bridges into the District decided that 0630 was kinda close to 0500.

The New England area is due for more wet stuff today.
Just a chance of light showers in the afternoon here.
Not too much on the To Do List....yet.

Coffee ready, the donut delivery guy musta got stuck in that traffic too.
Y'all B safe,

Nice of you to show up today Ed.
The wife really likes Princess

0630 is close enough to 0500 for government work.

Mornin' getting trained today on something I've been useing for almost 7 years. Coffee's good. Made a big pot of beef stew last night and brought it in. Soup bowls in the bag, on top of the fridge. Want to make a good salad? Cut up some mango and throw it in.

Remember, NASA spent millions on a pen while the russians used a pencil.
Training may be useless but it is a day off for me, chance to be a hooligan.....

Coupla posts sayin' how good the coffee is...?????? WHERE IS THE BELOVED JANITOR/COFFEE MAID???!!!! Hate to use the USMarshals again to find him...if TOP isn't concerned , maybe PISTOL has him out on a secret detail. it IS nice and sparkling here though, hmmmmmm.....
