7 more days (not guarenteed) to make a bunch of decisions that will affect the future of not only ouselves, but also those we will come in contact with.

Momma and I are celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary today. I took her to dinner last night so I'm not real sure what to do for her today. I know ... I'll go fishing. (Should go over like a fart in church) :

P-S-S-S-S-T, hey Pistol, dig this. Awhile back this left coaster caught these guys sleepin' in so late that I actually got to start the weekly. NOW, that is bad. I mean, 3 hour time lag and all. S-o-o-o-o, next week, you just get up a half hour earlier, and bingo, you're it!!!! 8)

I wuz really up at 0530 (as usual) but decided (wisely) to let wifey sleep late.

 

The rumors of my departure to foreign lands is in error, for now.
Nothing new, standing by, waiting on mission info, etc. We have the Who portion. What is about 50% complete, When is October 1st + or - 6 weeks, Where is downtown sandbox city, not sure if why will ever be fully answered. What a bunch of headaches.
Never in the course of human events has so much confusion been caused by so few people with so much knowledge of so few facts of such major insignificance.
Makes ya feel like the Aflak duck after some of the staff meetings.
The easy part is for the people assigned to the affected units. The hard part is on us guys that will probably get only a three day notice.
I did find the stock number on a certain type of optical cleaning fluid. It's Pure Grain Alcohol, 195 proof. Can get it in quart, gallon, 5 gallon, or barrel quantities.
Supper is calling.

It's gonna be a good week here in OK. The sun is shining, the temps are rising again, but my truck will be sucking cool air! The Scotty should be arriving this week, along with a new GSK! Let the 2nd BOMBing campaign begin!

 

Nothin new here. It's hot and 1/2 the state is on fire. I sure hope it rains soon. The smoke is so thick, you can't see the Highwood Mtns 30 miles away :'(

Any news on Glacier? Is it open? Sierra Phil was thinking of coming thru there and spend some time on his way back from Alaska.

Another week started all ready? ??? I still haven't finished last week. Oh well, I probably won't finish this one either. ;D

Nothin new here. Got all eight tractors in the back yard, one needs a new radiator core, one needs a new starter, one needs a manifold, one needs new rear tires, one needs a new battery, one needs a new clutch, one needs a brake band, and so on and so on. It's a never ending story when you have big toys like I do. Oh well, gotta spend that money somewhere.

I believe most of the park is open. I know they have been hitting that area hard. Todays paper didn't have much on it tho :-
