Been up since the Min-Pin alarm started sounding at 0500 hrs.
Breakfast of home-made Snausage Gravy over fresh biscuits is gone and utensils have been clean and stowed.
Cloudy with cool temps (50s) here with forecasts of snow to the west in the mountains tonight.
Heading for the outlet mall to return a pair of chaps Wifey bought yesterday.
Too big, and I don't want to try to "grow into 'em".
Y'all B safe

Ya'll hush - - tryin to sleep. Sheeeeesssss.
Gorgeous day here - - cool temps last night (50's) and warm today (72) after a short shower as the cool front came thru. Two small tornados to the north of us, but little damage. Just bright and shiny and smells fresh - - neat.
Off to church - - be good.

Just got home, spent all night at work. Was down to right about freezing, glad it didn't get any colder, I forgot to cover the wife's rosebush and tulips up before I left.
Going to get some breakfast in me, some zzzzzz's, and play with the kids and watch some of the rest of the NFL draft today. Oh, and fix my mower. Bought a $100 dollar cheapie at Menard's last week, and a wheel fell off already. Got a flat tire on my rider too. Need to tie the rose bush up, getting dangerous to walk past that sucker. Put somebody's eye out with that thing.

Good morning all... Haha I was up at 5:30am!!!
Just took a bit of time to work my way down the forum this morning... Also given me a break I had to refill the coffee tank (not cup!).
Well out here in Idaho the sky are fairly clear and the sun is starting it's way over the hill. It's a cool 34*F and looks like it's going to be a great day again. Darn... I'm still without my Diesel... I got to drive Mom's gasser... Well at least is a Dodge RAM...
Plenty of yard work to do today. I got to move the new firewood into the shed, mow the lawn, clean up the back yard and the cut cherry trees, etc... The list goes on...
The fun going to begin early tommorow... I get to limp my way down to Ontario Or to get new LP at the dealer. After that I'm going to put new tires on my truck!
(Big O XT 265/75 R16)
On the way back you know I got to test out that LP and new set of tires...
I wonder what the dealer is going to say to all the mod's on my truck? Last time they seen it was completely stock!

Mornin' all.
Spent Saturday at the gym, fixing my grill and putting chemicals in the yard. Not my typical lazy day. I had big plans for me and the couch. Went hoggin' at the lease about 8:30 in the evening. Got me a nice 120# female, them's good eatin. Didn't get home til 3:00 am today after cleaning and quartering the thing and then driving back home.
Who's got the coffee? I am in dire need of it today.
Is anyone near Williamsburg Virginia that can get me a bottle of Pierce's BBQ Sauce
Pulled pork anyone?

Woke up today to a light blanket of SNOW..... Last week we had temps in the 80s. I really don't understand this. 27 degrees... as the temps go down, coffee consumption goes up.... go figure... Was planning on some yardwork today, I doubt that is going to happen. Possibility of a trip to Maysville Ky with some friends to the Earlywine's indoor motocross track... At least its something to do....
Another normal work day since 0430. Good frost this morning,( I forgot to cover wifeys roses too).
Clear and breezy and still chilly. Gotta work till 1800 then get to help my friend move. If I'm able to see after that, I got to check on a suspected bad shock on the front of the pickup. Maybe Phox can lend a hand. He's probably still primed from doing his.

What can I say? AWSOME WEEKEND!
....We left the house and it was raining, not good with snowmachines on the trailer. But the further north we headed the nicer it got. Woke up saturday moring and we headed in to the lake, about 5 mile ride, not much snow at all left, ran on some dirt, snow, rocks and tree root's. We found the lake (first time at this place) and the lake looked pretty yukky so we skerted the edge to a point we were told about. We arrived at the point at 9:00 am. I started to drill holes and Kevin started to bait the set's up. All bait's in the water by 10:30 am. The sun is out in all it's glory and it is getting HOT, the temp hit lower 60's by the afternoon, the overflow started to pump out alot of water but we stayed knowing we are going to have one heck of a time getting out. By 6:30 pm we had 8 Burbot in the cooler, let 4 go (to small) and lost 4 nice ones. We cleaned the fish. We decided to rebait the set's and let them soak over night and pull them in the morning. We loaded up and said a hail mary and headed back to the hwy. We took a short cut straight down the middle of the lake, wow was that dumb! Full throttle and only going about 25mph, water spraying everywere, can't steer do to the water on the ice and the sun was right in our face so we couldn't see the bad spot's. About 200yrd's to go and the water got really deep!
.. Not good, all I could see looking down was a BLACK HOLE, I made it across and tried to wave off my buddy, but he couldn't see me because of the sun in his eye's, all I could do was watch and hope he had enough speed up, he made it but barley. OK, now we are off the lake, the trail was a hole nother deal, nasty! Like trying to ride in a bowl of mashed/wipped potatoes!
...... Lot's of deep water holes, up over the cowling! After getting back to the truck we dreded the idea of having to go back in the morning, but we did and pulled up 8 more ugly fish. We got sun burned and had a great time. Well, thats it in a nut shell. I think next year we won't wait so late in the year to go. I'm cracking open a beer and need to get these fish cut up and vaccum sealed. I will have the pic's for you all tomarrow afternoon.

Dang what a week. Have I mentioned that I hate the end of the school year. On top of that, I've been having to come into work now instead of not having to. Worked 12 hours straight by myself saturday. I got woken up by my buddy at o'reilly's telling me that I needed to come up there and change out this lady's fuel filter. I did end up making $10 though. After that, I came home at 3 this afternoon and started drinking beer and watching Star Wars. I love having nothing to do.
BRRRrrrrrrrrrr
Chilly morning in DC-land. Temps hovering around 40 degrees.
Geezer-Glide in the lot this morning.
Filled 'er up last night. 4 gallons for 4 days commuting.
Not too shabby.
Noticed last night that she needs a new pair of shoes though.
Thermos-o-Coffee is tastin' mighty good as I try to get some feeling back in my fingertips.

Y'all have a great Monday(If that's humanly possible)
Y'all B safe

Mornin folks. Chilly this morn in the Northeast.
40* this morn, but it's warming up.
Had a pretty expensive week last week.
Lost the motor in the L9000, but I guess it gives me an excuse to upgrade.
Has a L-10 Cummins 260 now, gonna get an L-10 350.
Transfer case making noise in the CTD, gonna drop that off this afternoon at the trans shop.
Wifey's new Grand Cherokee going to the dealer tomorrow, warped front rotors, remote start doesn't work, stalls every once in a while, seems like the converter isn't disengaging when you come to a stop.
She's gonna take the 67 camaro to work tomorrow, let's hope the rear tires are still there when she gets home.
Looks like the old GMC is gonna be my ride for the week.
This is gonna hurt before it's all over.
Isn't it fun to be the boss!
Have a fabulous day,
Rich
