Geez, I go away for a week or two and the snow starts flying, someone hides the moon for an hour or two, and someone gums up the fax machine with the stickiest donut I have ever seen.

Made it back to the land of the strange ... .

SR ... wasn't any screwup showing me where the beer cooler was and lettin me check out some of your cool toys. I had a great visit. Tell Doc duh-huh for me.

Well, it is Fantasy Fest time in Key West. This is like Mardi Gras and Jerry Springer mixed together. I have never seen so many freaks gathered in one area. I won't be going downtown during that again .

0352 hrs and the first cup of joe is down. Time to do the triple S thing.
Good training session. Got 17 pistol instructors certified. Large bucket of ammo fired up. The .22 adapters for the M-9 did great. Needed LOTS of lube first off, then smoothed right up.
Glad you made it home, PW. Driving through LA (Lower Arkansas) could have gotten you mixed up with some of our backwoods redneck girls (half Cajun, half Arky). With them you might have to do things in self defense.
Gotta get ready, lots to do. Muffler might even fall off today.

Gee SR, you do start early. I've been up for a while but have not yet had my first cuppa. Guess I had better do that right now and see if anything improves. Sure looks pretty when I look outside and see everything in this bright moonlight.

Got a weekend at home
Finished up at the shop and left a bit early.
Mufflerectomy on the truck, sounds great with the duals. Nice bark under load but at cruise, not much different tham before. Anything in the trailers may need hearing protection.
Having a cold one preparing for homeade PIZZA.
Waiting on Smurff to show up to do a bit of wood butchering.
King of the Hill is on.

Bit of rain last night, but gonna be a nice day.
Doc still won't let me lift over 20-25 lbs so I guess I'll chunk slabs, tote beer, and cook. Got a couple of pork loins and a turkey breast going in the smoker.
Brekafast ready. Big bowl of grits with real honey and homemade butter.

Here's what tied us up for 2 hours yesterday. Guy called a threat in to my partner and within 2 hours one of our troopers had him in cuffs. He was a tad bit surprised. It doesn't look like they've updated the story in the link, from what was on the radio this morning. The van did contain hazerdous materials. Thought it would be on the pay stations, but I guess they have too many real stories. Back to my coffee, W coming today.
