I got some cold start vids , of my truck , and a 6L (same day , even in the same yard) went to post them up on youtube , the dodge video went up just fine , the ford video will not load , it is too large (because it took so darn long to start)

Suggestions? is there an easy way to make the video file size smaller? it is currently 154mb , youtube limit is 100.
