Update to my update
Hey, got home today and had a letter from an attorney in the mailbox today. The letter said "State of Minnesota v Thomas -------" . At first I got a weird feeling. Then I read the rest of the name. It is the guy's name who smacked me. He IS charged with 3rd degree assault (a felony). I think he really screwed up big time this time. Maybe I will get my wages back from when I was off work!!!!!
