Turtle Wax ICE

All I can say is WOW. I have used several was products on my truck. Since it is black, it shows everything. But it also looks awesome when cleaned an polished. Will post pics when I get a chance.

BTW. The product boasts that it can be applied to anything even trim and not leave a residue. This is ABSOLUTELY true. NOTE however, do NOT put it on the plastic step pads on your side tubes. You WILL bust your rear or come very close... Trust me on this..

The wax is good, goes on easy and comes out looking great....but I hear the clay bar sucks, I've never used it but that is the word on the street.

I was wondering about the clay bar myself. I'm going to hold off until I hear more about how the liquid works.

Yup, I heard the wax was good - so I bought their "Liquid Claybar"...save your money - its crap (for lack of a better word).

Im interested to see the pics...also, how long it holds up to the weather. Ive detailed cars for many years and have tried almost every kind of paste wax there is on the market and the only one ive found to work the way I want it to is 3M's pure carnuba paste wax, I cant remember the part no. but the can is gray and red. The best stuff ive ever used period...goes on super easy, comes off super easy and lasts a LONG time...

Please post up pics...

About 50 years ago when I worked in a paint factory that made the finishs for GM they had us use a wax/polish called Night and Day. It did not leave the little swerel marks. Never have seen any on the market. Ever hear of it?

You cannot beat a real clay bar. Most clay bars are close to the same, clay magic is the original and others followed in their foot steps.Swirl ark are the result of improperly washing a vehicle or going to the "Wash tub" type places.

The ONLY issue I have with the ICE is I have a White Truck, man it takes me hours to make sure I got it all off, looking at all angles.I only used it once.
All I have ever used is Meguiars, and I am sticking with it. I really like the outcome of it.

Can't speak for ICE, but I used NXT for the first time this weekend and all I can say is Gorgeous!

Easy on, easy off.

For those who have never used a claybar, get one and try it, you'll be amazed at all the stuff that comes off.

I usually wax once a month and strip/claybar once every 6 months...It's quick and painless if you do it periodically.

Wash

Clay bar

Mirror Glaze #2 for swirls and water spots

2 coats of NXT wax (Use a microfibre towel to buff the wax off)

Even the bugs can't hold onto the hood.
