Here we go. To speed up the process, you have my permission to omit the rust and peeling paint

BlackSunShyne's diesel

I was sad that this one didn't turn out well I wanted to make it red, but I grabbed the wrong red-I have one red that washed out all shadows and highlights and just flattens it all into one shade of red...now I'll remember which one it is! At least I scanned the black and white:

It's not great, and I didn't work on the background at all because I was hoping the red would work =P I'm almost done with the next one, so it won't be a total bummer of an evening!

Talking For Rednecktastic!

Morning, everyone! Finished another one a couple minutes ago:

This is a 2007 2500 5.9 4x4, owned by Rednecktastic. I spent about 3 hours with photo ref on this one and ended up adding color to the sand and water because it didn't make sense in black and white.

Copic markers on 9x12 marker paper.

Thanks!

That's because the subject is worth getting excited over! I'm just glad I'm not the only one You should've heard my dad's reaction when I showed him my latest pieces. He's a point-a-to-point-b car guy.

Finally did one where the tires look right, yeehaw! This is for one of the guys on another forum:

Thought about adding a background, but it looks brighter this way. I might add lines later...what do you guys think? Lines, no lines?
