I love those old tractors. I remember riding w/ my paw paw on his old model D w/ exposed flywheel and all. Last year I spent time up in Nebraska working. They all seem to have old tractors that they fix up like old cars and have shows.

That old B reminds me of the old JD my great grandfather had on his farm when i was growing up, don't remember the model (Randy ask dad what model it was and let us know) Spent a good bit of time riding with dad and my grandpa/great grandpa on that thing. Where did you find that pink ride on tractor, my little one really needs one like that before long.

I think Tractor Supply has them.
My father-in-law and his brothers have prolly 30+ antique tractors between them. JD, IH, Case, Oliver...lil bit of everything.
My son has been driving old iron since he was 3, when he was 8 he could show the proper starting procedure for an early 30's hand start Deere.

Nice tractors.

I used to run a JD A, G or Farmall H daily during the summer cutting hay. When my boss was asked to bring his tractors to the local antique tractor pull, he said they would be too busy in the field to play.
I have a JD B and my brother has a G. I really want a JD H.

Nice looking tractors, it's always a pleasure to see the younger generation getting involved with the antique tractors. PapaSmurf and I have been collecting a few over the years. We get just as much pleasure out of the tractors as we have with being our DTR friends and family. We have a few Farmall's, nice old Case DC and a couple modern JD garden tractors. I'll have to dig up some photo's.

I grew up and learned to drive with a Model L JD. My grandfather told me I could drive it on my own when I was big enough to start it. I did not it but he was disabling the magneto. I would crank on that old tractor for hours at a time.
Nice rides

I need to take a few pics of the collection...we took a count the other day, and counting tractors, combines, and some of the pull type implements, we are over 150 pieces, and 135 of them are tractors. We probably have 100 more implements and such we didn't count too

Most of it is Orange though, so you guys wouldn't want to see that

For a number of years, I had a Ferd 1952 8N (similar to ramlovingvet's Jubilee shown above). A good tractor and relatively easy to fine parts for.
