Tractor paint ????
Tractor paint ????
Anybody ever try painting their truck with the tractor paint from somewhere Like TSC I was thinking about trying it, Like Ford blue, Ford or New-Holland red.
I wouldn't do it, that paint is synthetic enamel which has been outdated for about 30 years and isn't worth using in my opinion. Most paint companies have an economy line of paint where you can get an acrylic enamel or even a single stage urethane paint for not too much more money and it will hold up 10x better.
Yes, I've done it. It really doesn't hold up all that well. I think about 4 years is the best performance that I got from it. That was on an old Ford that I had in high school. It looked pretty good for a while though.

I will not use that stuff on a tractor , very low quality paint and it will not hold up . If you decide to repaint down the road you will need to remove all of it and that is a pain .
