Gah, looking at the videos and the wounded warriors, that's so inspirational. And I don't use that term - inspirational. Be right back, my eyes got an allergy.
I had a blast today, I won't lie. I did not take any pics, but when I get some, I'll post. Awesome time, it was hard, but a lot easier than I expected.
The teamwork with people that you did not know was the best. I helped more than I was helped, but it was super rewarding to hold your hand out to someone and give them that little extra to get over the obstacle. One of the cooler things I have done, I want to do another one.
I'll post some details later
I'm broke off!

Thanks for the responses ladies and gents.
I'd love to do another one, but time and money are always a factor.
I'm going to look around for one close to me again... I want to do it with someone that is close to my ability so I can put out.
Bark, I grew up building fence... I was not scared. Getting the pee shocked out of me was worse.

Sorry for the delay... here are some pics... in no particular order...
They made fun of the warrior dash a few times throughout the course...

I'm in the water in the third lane from the left...

Those walls were 10-12 ft high...

Funny how I look like I'm screaming like a girl... I was really yelling 'MARINE CORPS!!!!" It was 20 or so feet, I think?

The half pipe was awesome. I didn't need help getting up, I ran and grabbed the top no problem. I think it was more mind over matter on this one.

Everyone was like, lay down and roll! I was like, Get out of my way, I'm running!!! I ate it, too...

Posing at the end with my team...

90? Do the dang math. 1955 + 2012 =.....crud. You do the dang math.
I would not have done that run even when I was 30.
Hope not, but did they have any major injuries this time?
(by the way, the LEGGS look fabulous)
