todays the day
Today's the day my wife is getting induced. They are starting at 7:00 a.m. on pitocin so its probably going to be a long day, so the next time I'll get to say how things went will be probably at least 3 days from now. I hope and pray everything goes ok.

take a laptop and hope the hospital has wireless???
to this day, my wife gripes about me reading hotrod magizines while she was in labor everytime I look at a hotrod....

I had a nurse try to kick me out of the room....
wife went into labor while I was on duty, so I showed up in uniform, nurse didnt aprove of the weapon in the room... got even madder when I took my evidence marker and started doodling on her tummy......"open here". nuns have no sense of humor......
( wife was semi-comatose a the time, she didnt think it was funny either, go figure?)

Almost 5pm here, I'll bet things are getting close. My wife was induced for both of our children ending up in emergency Cesarean sections. It's amazing what Dr's can do now. No laptop or magazines for me, just don't watch the contraction monitor and say WOW!!! that was a big one

Congratulations!!! I just had a baby boy on the 6th of Oct and my wife was induced as well. It was a pretty lengthy process but it was well worth it when he finally came out. My family and I wish y'all the best of luck!
