You can't.
What you are viewing is only a picture. The picture was only taken so close to the earth, and to make you feel like you are zooming in, you are only enlarging a picture, so as you get closer, just like a digital zoom on a camera does, the picture quality goes way down.

Some you can almost tell what make/model of car you are looking at,
others you can't even pick out streets or buildings.

Got there, turn on Google Earth Community, Community Showcase, and Google Earth Community (unranked).
Clik on the A41 Swiss Cottage. there is a webcam for that location.

On some screens and searches, the results are too blurry to see ANY detail. Is there some kind of adjustment or something?

old atascocita road was built before san jacinto river was dammed, creating lake houston, so now the road drives off into the lake. best if viewed from 400'

Got any more precise coordinates, outside and near just don't do it,

dunno what he means but maybe just south of sunny valley rd is rt 161..... eye elevation about 2,000 feet. just to the 2:30 position of the rt 161 sign highway there is a feature that if ya had a few might look like an ole lady face........
