Thanks Mom Week in the break room

I set up a buffet of ostentatiously good eats.
New Pho0 for Bobby and olive you.

I thank my Mother who fought through thick and thin to provide for the Family.

Lary was the thick part.

Still on the mend, I'll pass on the buffet.
Mornin y'all. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank my mother, for whom I wouldn't be here. After 4 tries, she finally got one right. She passed away in 97 at the age of 79.

Good morning to one and all. Thanks Scotty for the ostentatiously good eats. Dare I ask what I ate? Whatever it was, I washed it down with some thick coffee.

I am now back home in Mexico. Had a great trip and really stretched my wife a few times. One stretching nearly gave her multiple heart attacks, but after it was over, she said that she would do it again. It was: http://stormsriver.com/canopy_tour_t...den_route.html
Other than a quick drive with my truck up to Texas shortly before the end of the month, I think that my travels are over for the foreseeable future.

May 10 is always Mothers Day in Mexico, so the celebrations for that are now over.

Now trying to get back into a 'normal' schedule - whatever that is.

Another beeeeuuutiful day down here. I see in the news that for some of you, old man winter is just not giving up. He is not a nice guy! Then there are tornado's, hail, floods and who knows what else. What is happening to your weather?

Stan that is waaaay higher than I´d go, I´m the guy who gets kinda dizzy when I get higher than 4ft in the air.

Sister in law once suggested that we made a familytrip to a place where they had a thing like that, then she looked at me waiting for my reaction, but I just smiled and said "that´s fine by me, I heard about that place, you can eat there as well, so you just go climb your trees, then I´ll be clapping one of those cows they haven´t chopped up yet".

That was the place, and this is the kind of cattle they have

Sadly it seems she was only trying to see if I got scared, hmmm maybe I´ll try to bring it up again...I´d love to scratch one of those behind the ear.

Hi Stan - - we missed ya. My wife loves anything that is not on the ground. Airplanes, balloons, skydiving, zip lines. She is crazy. She cannot give me one good reason to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. We have zipped a couple times - - pretty neat.

I think I'd be more comfortable on the woodcutter's tour. I'd tell you what to do to that tour you took but I'd get kicked offa here for it.
That was the place, and this is the kind of cattle they have
Highland. Kinda funny looking being so shaggy, and kinda small. An "heirloom" breed.

Went to Loop's (Loop Brewing in McCook) for lunch today. Their stupid pizza of the week is the "nut job". Pine nuts, raisins, red onion, capers (whatever those are), and a few other things. Can't say I like it, but not really bad, it's definitely different. Could have used a little more cheese and onions.
