I remember seeing a light dusting of snow in Brownwood when I was working in the area back in the fall of 1997.

Sounds like a good start to me!

But it never lasts long enough around here.

You mean Southern half of Texas is getting snow!!

We missed out up here in DFW. We got about 5 or 6 inches of rain, which we needed very badly. But NO SNOW!!!

At least we also missed out on the ice storm that hit Oklahoma and Western Missouri too.

Our roads are all clear. It's just very chilly.

Give me a foot of snow and I would be in heaven!!!

Guess you have to move down to "hill" country. Well what Texans consider to be hills, anyhow.

Oh wow I am sooooo happy for you guys tell you what when it melts you can have some of mine. I have to ride on my trails every weekend to keep them open due to so much snow, but actually I like snow until a few days later when it is all brown and black.

West Texas is getting it! Out here at the mouth of Big Bend we've had several inches... Someone said we would get twelve inches, but I don't know about that. Lots of ice too!
