Texas drinkers beware
Did anybody see that TX is taking drunk people out of bars and slappin tha cuffs on them for being drunk in public? They also are giving large fines to the bartenders that served them the excessive amounts of alcohol.
That one just might get a few resisting arrest tickets as nice party favor.
