Supreme Court asked to stop Chrysler sale to Fiat
It isn't that these debt holders don't want the sale to take place . They want the terms to better benefit them . They'd better hope the delay doesn't cause Fiat to walk away . http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090607/...court_chrysler

Yeah. The news article I saw said that if Fiat walks, or the supreme court reverses and halts the sale, Chrysler could stop operations and go into liquidation...
