Sugar Curing
I need a good recipe for sugar cure. Does anyone cure his or her own hams anymore? Also any pointers would be appreciated.
I have killed 12 hogs in the last two weeks (note; none have been wasted) and now I would like to see if I could cure a ham or two.

WOW, It’s hard for me to believe, that with all the people on this site, not one of you is redneck enough to cure you own meat.
Times like this I wish I could talk to my grandmother again.
