Almost all bread has mold , when you take a warm moist object and stick it in a bag you get mold . The only bread I buy is Ezekiel 4:9 bread and you can only buy it in the freezer section in a store . Most bread is unfit to eat and a poison to or systems because it is made with bleached white flour . First they take whole wheat remove the bran ,fiber that is good for us and leave the starch which is bad than add bleach and preservatives so it can set on a self for a week or more . The more preservative and bleach the longer the shelf life , take a twinke with a shelf life of years or a McDonalds hamburger that you can put on your dash for a week and it still is as digestable as it ever was . A McDonalds hamburger takes our body three days to digest with very little food value . I took white flour and white sugar out of my diet a year and a half ago and most of my allergies disappeared plus I lost over 50 Lbs. in the first three months .

What do you mean McD's burgers aren't healthy ??? I read an article that said that they were actually one of the MORE healthy foods out there because one burger contained pretty much every vitamin that your body requires in a day. All for the low, low price of .79
There are a lot of preservatives in store bought bread ... the fresh stuff that I buy at my landlords bakery next door, won't last half as long as the crap I buy from the store. Partly because there aren't preservatives and partly because it is sooooo darned good.
Scrap the sandwich idea and just use it to strain your wine through ...

We grind our own wheat and corn for flour and meal.
We use hard red winter for the bread and soft red winter for pastries, pancakes, etc. The meal is ground to one of four types. Coarse, regular, fine, and flour. Good for cornbread to catfish.
I grind the entire grain, that way you get ALL the nutrients. Commercial flour, as a general rule, will remove the bran and germ for white flour. So called whole wheat has to have at least 50% bran. The only downside to any whole grain flour or meal is that it needs to be refridgerated to remain fresh. Otherwise it will get rancid after a short time. The best way is to keep it in the freezer.
How well it works on a diet is unknown, since I usually eat a fresh out of the oven half loaf slathered with a stick of real butter.

A good rule is if it has a long shelf life don't eat it . Anything that does not decompose will be very hard for or body's to digest . The people selling all the poisons spend a ungodly amount of money in advertisement trying to convince people that they are not selling what they are selling . Fast food will get us to a fast grave . White flour is used in most of our cereals , pastas and bread products . When I grocery shop I usually find the only things fit to eat are in the outside isles . Two years ago I was at deaths door and was not expecting to make it another year with a genetic disease that had claimed my brother in 78 and then I went to a naturopath who greatly changed my diet and got me off all the prescription medicines I was taking and I have been improving ever since . I feel 90% of the diseases we have could be cured with just a proper diet . The only way for someone to get me to eat fast food would be at gun point and then with some hesitation .

here's the REAL ticket, cook all your bread on your grill while you grill the steaks/burgers/chops (that John Halter saved for ya
)and drain the blood/grease/butter/seasoning off the meat when you turn it over, on to the bread.
and put the cheese on the bread while it's on the grill.
o my goodness. fat people like bread that tastes like grilled steak

Is there anything better than run by the bakery and get a fresh hot unsliced loaf of bread, take a chonk of butter and stick in your cheek, pull a hunk of bread and start chewing letting that butter melt as you chew. UMMMM UMMMM. Then, wander toward the hospital so you will be close when your arteries close up.
