I felt the same way a few years back but after going through some real bad years I had a big change of heart . Like most people I didn't start eating right till it was almost to late . When you see a person with a oxygen tank trying to smoke a cigarette or a person who had a bypass operation eating a Big Mac you wonder if were not all a little nuts . Someday you will have a change of hart I hope you don't take as long as I did . Things tend to go down hill a lot faster then they will back up .

I like greasy foods...... okra deep-fried in real butter.... a big thick hamburger still pink in the center, dripping with flavorfull grease.........
deep fried chicken, with the skin on of course.......
One of my fav's is a 4 egg omelete, fried in butter, with about a half pound of shredded chedar and montery jack cheese in it , served with bisquits dripping butter off of 'em and a half dozen thick slabs of bacon.............oh, and I love peanut butter/jelly sadwiches on white bread....
a Mikey Dee's quarter pounder with cheeses and supersize the fries....
best is the Arby's ThickBurger.........hmmmmmmmmmmmm

I hate going ot the gym.. got better things to do with my limited free time.....

I still wear the same sizes I did when I graduated high school 25 years ago......32 waist,33 inseam...
last check up, my cholestreral, tryglicerite, and fatty acid levels were in the "perfect" range.........
I've been told people hate me........

I hate to be the one to tell you this but you died 23 years ago. It is now 2,028, we are all driving Ferds now because they actually DID buy Cummins. Your colesteral was so far off the charts it came around to the normal range again, but you died before they could figure that out!

You are right! I do hate you!

Their are all different metabolisms but very few that can eat like that and not do some real damage . I have seen 90 year old men who smoke 2 packs a day but for everyone like that their are thousands with lung disease and cancer the odds are against you . But if you think your that lucky I would try Vegas and make some real money . One thing has been proven that regular exercise will compensate for a bad diet . The more we sweat the more bad toxins are released . Most of us worry more about what oil is in our truck then what we put in our body's . The difference you will feel from eating right would be greater than twin turbo's and a good box on our Cummins' .

Well, as long as the doc says I'm ok, I aint goin to worry about it... I have no intention of living forever, tho I'm doin Ok on that so far.....
I am going to use my time to do the things I enjoy, so when it is done with, I can look back and say, "i loved it"!
When I get to the point where most of the guys I know stop saying they caint keep up with me on what I do everyday, then I'll start thinkin my health is suffering.... for example... I got 5 hours sleep yesterday, worked third shift last night, got off at 0800 this am, drove home, replaced the bucket on teh tractor with the bale spear( not a quick-attach darn it, got to drag it off, weighs about 400lbs...) and moved two big round bales into my pens, cleaned three stalls and a 10X40 run-in with a manure fork( since the bucket is now off the tractor),wheel barrowed it all out to the burn pile, split and stacked three wheel barrows full of firewood for the stove since its gonna get cold tonight, cleaned up my tools, came in, ate breakfast( 6 big pancakes, 3 sauages and 4 eggs over easy), cleaned out the wood-burner and swept up, hung a pair of mini-blinds the BOSS wants and am now gonna relax for a bit before I go to bed, cause the BOSS is getting me up at 1600 to go to dinner at her parents, and I go back in at 2300 tonight... This is honestly a slow day.....
Did I mention that when I was working the road third shift I used to go through about 5$ worth of Hostess/Little Debbie snack cakes a shift?......
