So the wife just called.......
and said she was running a little late for supper. She said she has a "situation" (she works in a bank)
and that the paramedics were there and the fire trucks were on there way and bringing "tools".
She then tells me that one of the tellers was short money and they have these new drawers that money falls behind and they have been trying to get fixed for a few months. Well one of the supervisors stuck her hand and arm in to retrieve the money and got stuck. The paramedics couldn't get her out so the firemen (with tools) were going to cut up the new drawer system to get her out.
I told her don't worry about supper and you get a 2fer. The girl gets out for the long weekend and you automatically will get another (different) new drawer system. Problems solved. Life should be so easy!

To follow up... It wasn't my wife that was stuck it was one of the supervisors that actually used to be a nurse now widowed. Anyhow the fire truck came and in came seven firemen with big grins on their face. Turned out one of the guys knew her and thought it was a laugh. They wanted to take photos with a cell phone camera but my wife thought that not a good idea. They got here out after "disassembling" the unit and all seven guys got big hugs from the woman for rescuing here. Not sure if she got a date out of the whole thing.
