In a discussion over the hearings on Judge Roberts.

I have to wonder why people like Schumer are suffered in our national discourse. They pass through American history in much the same manner a cueball sized kidney stone would pass through a midget.

It's quite infuriating...was it Biden or Schumer who told Ginsberg during the '93 confirmation hearings that not only did she NOT have to answer questions about cases that may end up before her, she SHOULDN'T answer them - and this same guy is now trying to hammer Roberts for not answering the same kinds of questions! Guess it makes a difference when you are "Conservative", see, as the Dems can't get enough people elected to write / make / change laws, they need to stack the courts with activist judges who believe that the Constitution is no longer relevant, and "their kind" need to make law from the bench...

Partisan politics will eventually drive this country into another revolution.....
