Reindeer Facts, This one is for you Java
Did you know... While both male and female reindeer grow<br> antlers in the summer each year, according to the Alaska<br> Department of Fish and Game male reindeer drop their antlers<br> at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid-<br> December. Female reindeer retain their antlers until after<br> they give birth in the spring. Therefore, according to every<br> historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, every single<br> one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen - had to be a girl.<br> We should've known. Only women would be able to drag a fat ol'<br> man in a red velvet suit all around the world in one night and<br> not get lost....<br>

Santa owns reindeer which are a domisticated animal which we imported along with Santa Claus from Europe. Cariboo are members of the North American Deer family and because they are wild animals Santa can not legally own them if he lives in Alaska because he is not a native. Now if you believe in Santa then you can believe that even the male reindeers have horns year round. Will I got to go, it is that time of year and we are working 24/7 packing presents and getting the sleigh ready. Happy Holidays TO ALL.
