The fact there was a Red Light Camera in the intersection didn't seem to slow them down a bit.

Oh YEAH! That is a HUGE reality, even here on this forum with our simple rules.
You can not believe how many guys have tried to argue with me here simply because we do not allow profanity. We have lots of female members and children reading this forum so we choose to keep it clean for them.
Knowing that simple logic, I still get a few boneheads every month that want to challenge me on it
We are raising a bunch of idiots in this country that think it is ALL about them and they don't care a hoot about anyone else.

My city has these red light cameras. They will be doing away with them soon, because of mass non-compliance with people not paying the fines. A while back, we kept getting notices in the mail for my wife's old car running red lights. Real nice photo of her old car and old license plate, but being driven by the new owner. That was a real headache trying to staighten all that out, having to show proof that we sold the car to "those" people. Finally had my neighbor, who is a cop, "visit" these people to get them to take care of their tickets. Never had a problem after that, and I love watching the cameras "flash" on people running the lights around here!

Good thing that one camera is near a hospital. That particular intersection looks like one I would not want to travel through, except occasionally you can get a snack off of an unsuspecting roach coach.....
