Record snow

Down here in Nashville. Boy these people are not snow drivers. We got about 8 inches which is a record for this date and you can tell it. The same little dodge half ton pickup got hit 4 different times in the parking lot at school. I along with some of my friends spent 45 minutes pushing a school bus 1/4 of a mile and then we saw one school bus hit a light pole. Got out of school at 11 and got to my house a mile away at 1:30. Boy was it an interesting day.

Re:Record snow

We were suposed to have a record snow fall here yesterday but it never happened. :'( We ended up with about 2" at the house, the sad part of it was that all the schools called off classes on the weather men's predictions and nothing happened till after school would have been out. I work the grave yard shift so I slept through the whole thing. I had to use 4wd to get down my drive but after that I had no problems. I'm ready for a record snow fall, I think 2' or so would hold me over till next winter. ;D

I would make a smart a$$ remark about how well those Kentuckians drive in the snow and rain but CH and HG get kinda excited when I do.

DB
Re:Record snow

We don't even cancel school for less than 12 inches. I laugh at the national news when people try to drive the speed limit on bald tires and 5% of normal grip and wonder why they spin and hit everything for a 1/2 a mile.

Re:Record snow

Please send snow this way! There hasn't been any measurable snow here since Dec. 2, and most of that is already gone.

Six troopers working this afternoon, took 32 accident reports and still going. Just cleaned up a 5 car injury accident with 1 fatal. Snows been blowing all day. The sergant was delivering equipment to investigate the fatal, and was getting passed by these idiots.
