Can you set a snare that the dog won't be able to get too? If not, your probably gonna have to set a livetrap.

Hey I just used the box idea cause it was cheep (don't leave the rabbit in there two long, it'll chew out. You could always put up netting under your deck, cut a small hole and put some carrots in the far corner and when he runs out, cover up his hole.
Just make sure it dosn't have babies it's supporting. Imagine taking away the mother right before christmas.

.. Well this be what id do with the rabbit.. GOPHER BAIT... works well for pigeons and i have seen rabbits munch on it.....
