Can you set a snare that the dog won't be able to get too? If not, your probably gonna have to set a livetrap.

I could make a really big trap. Kinda like a mouse trap only bigger. An old hood spring, a couple pieces of 2" pipe to make the 'U' part of the trap hinged to a 3/4" steel plate would work I'd think. This could be a cool project!

Trap

Hey I just used the box idea cause it was cheep (don't leave the rabbit in there two long, it'll chew out. You could always put up netting under your deck, cut a small hole and put some carrots in the far corner and when he runs out, cover up his hole.

Just make sure it dosn't have babies it's supporting. Imagine taking away the mother right before christmas.
