Question for all the Turbo Rebuilders

I have a garrett turbo off of an 87 Dodge Daytona that needs rebuilding. I have the housing off of both ends but I cant get the wheels off. What is needed to remove the wheels. Are they pressed on or threaded on?

Lots of luck. I rebuilt the turbo for a Subaru (wheels were threaded). Followed the instructions exactly. It lasted less than 1000 miles. The professionally rebuilt one I bought to replace it was still going strong when I sold it. Somethings just shouldnt be done at home.
