I have a buddy that needs to program one of the new style key fobs to his van. Dealer wants to much money to do it, Is there a way to do it?

 

is it the fobic type? if so, has to be done with computer and will need all keys present regaurdless of key type. leave 1 key at home and it won't work. all keys have to be programmed at the same time for them all to work.
