Amen, Brother, well said.

Better quit - I feel a rant coming on
you saying the kid has "Nintendo Hip?"
makes sense. most kids are not very active.
we took youth group out to old antebellum plantation for retreat, most kids played board games...few ran wild & rode bikes.

she's been pretty active in sports, heck of a soccer player, so she has the running down.

but she's pretty small and petitie, so not sure how she is doing on all those obstacle courses.

she'll be fine with all the prayers you folks sent. Our God is an awesome God. thanks.

Hey 04CTD, my prayers are with you and your daughter.

I think I know how you're feeling - my son is down in Ft. Benning right now, and after working through a shoulder issue, he's doing fine and having a blast...... He's looking forward to us visiting with him on a 36 hour pass.

hey guys, can i get another round of prayers?

she missed her sit ups by 7, i think it was 54 in 2 minutes.

not sure what happened, maybe the hip was hurting her.

the wife was pretty upset we prayed and she did not pass....

but i told her like this:

-if she prays easy & passes easy, she don't think that much about it

-if she prays HARD, and fails and prays EVEN harder, and leans on the Lord, and then she passes....she knows who to lean on in the future,

and when something difficult comes her way again, she will remember how she got through this jam: prayer & faith, and that will shape her life.

graduation is this Friday

You bet. Prayers on the way. I know the Lord will get her through. With enough faith anything is possible. He'll be there for her, giving her that edge. No doubt in my mind. I pray for the best.
