"I think if you were to talk to Dick Cheney's daughter, who is a lesbian, she would tell you that she's being who she was, she's being who she was born as. I think if you talk to anybody, it's not choice."

I don't see the cheap shot in that quote. But was it necessary to mention Mary Cheney? No, I don't think it served any purpose. Neither did the maniacal giggling and the uncomfortable joking by the President. Point being, errors were made by both candidates.

Again we disagree. Comparing giggling and joking to using a man's daughter for political gain. That is the different view you see from the left. As I said in an earlier post if Bush had used Edward's wife on the health issue by saying she was overweight and would understand the obesity problem in the US the left would be going nuts.

You can bet they wouldn't be comparing it to giggling and laughing.

I was just thinking about this same thing earlier this morning and totally agree with you...Bush using Edward's wife during a debate would be akin to what Kerry did, and the left would have been going absolutely crazy!

In my mind, what Kerry did wasn't just plain stupid...it was completely ignorant and he just plain ******-up!

I agree, neither candidate should ever attack family members, just a bad thing to do no matter who does it.

I just read where Kerry is spouting off today that if Bush gets re-elected there is a very strong chance the draft will be re-instated.

Now correct me if I am wrong here, but isn't Kerry the one who say's he will set up 2 new full divisions, and double the number of Special Forces?

Everybody agrees we are spread too thin now, no debate necessary on that issue, so how are you going to fill 2 complete Divisions plus double the SF troops if we do not already have enough people volunteering today?

Only one answer makes sense, Kerry either is full of crud and speaking with a forked tongue, or he is going to have to re-instate the draft.

I personally think both the last two answers are so obvious they need no explanation.

Kerry saying Bush is going to bring back the draft probably means the Dem's internal polls show Kerry falling behind again.

Check it out:

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/

Zogby now has Bush up by 4 points in their 3 day tracking poll.

One of those 3 days includes Wednesday's debate.

Funny, for all the talk about how Kerry has won all the debates, Bush is still pulling away.

Not a good sign for Kerry and crew.

Let Kerry win all the debates he can, and let GW keep telling it straight, that's what I say!

Some of you may remember that for some time now I have been posting some 'contoversial' news that there is a plan already drafted in the UN to take over America. One of the first steps is to
cede control of the US military to the UN. All that is needed is to have a willing US president sign the new law. As usual I have warned you Americans to wake up as you are presently in the greatest danger you have ever faced as a nation. Here is an artivle I have just read that will give you an idea of what will happen if sKerry wins. Be careful you Kerry lovers, you just may get what you wish for, and once you do, you will have a monkey on your back for ever

Tosses a beer overhand

If you only knew how close to home that hits me. I would obviously be locked up in the stockade if he ever became Commander in Chief, were that I were still in the Military.

No way I could ever salute a no good floor flushing, lying piece o' doody like him.

George,
PM me I will send the definition of "doody" if you need it put the gun down George I was just kidding

Thumbs down Is this Democratic policy????

"Here's a partial selection of what is alleged to have occurred: Gunshots were fired into Bush-Cheney offices in Knoxville, Tenn. and Huntington, W.Va. The latter barely missed campaign staffers as they watched President Bush's nomination acceptance speech on Sept. 2. Charges of misdemeanor battery and criminal mischief were filed against a Gainesville, Fla., college professor who attacked the Republican county chairman last month. There were instances of forcible entry causing minor injuries at Republican offices in Miami, Tampa and Orlando. In Orlando, a Republican field organizer had his wrist fractured when a mob of protesters stormed local GOP headquarters. Burglaries occurred at campaign headquarters in Bellevue, Wash., Spokane, Wash. and Canton, Ohio. "

Here is another reason for Americans that do not normally vote, you need to vote this time. The majority of these Muslims will probably vote for Kerry and you guys and gals need to quickly spread the word to friends and family to counteract this major threat to your country.
Don't be fooled, the Muslin/islamic threat to your way of life is very real and just one of your enemies from within.

["This election is cast as one of the most important ballot votes in American history and Muslims are in a position to play a pivotal role," the group said in a statement.]
Why do you think the Muslins recognise this? Could it be because they recognise that they have a chance to install a president that will give them the opportunity they need to eventually take over your country?
Do you Americans recognise that this IS probably the most important election in your history? Please don't let your country and fellow citizens down.

Wake up people - before it's too late.

COUNTDOWN TO ELECTION DAY
Muslim group launches 'action plan' for Nov. 2
Databased enables pursuit of 'political objectives in a strategic manner'

A U.S. Islamic group announced yesterday in Washington the launch of a nationwide Muslim voter registration database and an "action plan" for the Nov. 2 election.

The Muslim American Society's Freedom Foundation says its database will list more than 700,000 Muslim voters, including more than 100,000 in each of the three battleground states of Florida, Michigan and Ohio.

The information, the group says, will enable the American Muslim community "to pursue political objectives in a strategic manner."

The data includes the first state-by-state listing of eligible Muslim voters and "other demographic information critical to community voter empowerment."

"This election is cast as one of the most important ballot votes in American history and Muslims are in a position to play a pivotal role," the group said in a statement.

The Muslim American Society's affiliated Muslim American Political Action Committee endorsed John Kerry for president.

The action plan includes:

"Mobilization in mosques through sermons, lectures and announcements. Imams and Muslim leaders are requested to encourage Muslims to actually vote on election day. Leadership is critical to mobilization.

"Volunteer recruitment to form a voting task force in every local community. Please involve youth groups. Whether you are a citizen or not, you can assist and volunteer in mobilizing your community.

"Setting up phone banks and arranging for volunteers to make calls a week before, and the day of, the election to encourage Muslims go to the polls.

Prearranging transportation to polling stations.

Monitoring polling stations in order to protect people's voting rights.

Distributing MAS Freedom's Voting Bill of Rights.

We should give them a driver's license and healthcare so they can undermine the living wage of already low wage earning American laborers legally. That would be good for the economy.

heard this am that the largest block of new registered voters this time are the younger voters. Most of these new voters are of the "cell phone" generation , and have not been factored into the poll statistics.
also reported that it is thought that the vast majority of these "uniformed youngsters" are Kerry supporters.
this was reported on the foxy bush news channel

If it's the truth, it probably was.
