why i have not been around for a while...

i am proud to announce the birth of my twins, it has been a long time in the making and now we have two girls, Avery and Jordan born on Jan 26th at 830am... 4.9lbs & 6.0lbs

so far all is healthy and sleep is limited to the parents ... but its all worth it
