paypal help (FAST)
is using paypal like using a cash advance on my credit card or would i be using my line of credit like a credit card keeping my same rate. because cash advances are like 25%

I bought something on eBay about a month ago and paid for it by credit card via PayPal. It was treated like any other purchase by the credit card company. I hope this answers your question. Now go to bed!
