I've never been fonda of her or ted turner. I'm from that era and saw the things she did and never approved of any of it. Granted, Viet Nam was not the most popular place to be, but there is NO EXCUSE for her protests and all the nitwits that participated with her. Including presidential candidates.
You don't have to be in favor of a war effort, but when you protest it by hollywoodizing the gore of war and turn them into opinions with very little fact to get people stirred up, those people are a bigger enemy of this country than the actual enemy we are at war with. They try to destroy us from within, and that is an enemy that is hard to deal with. I say let her take all her money and go to what ever country she chooses and make her apply for a short term passport to come back. If you don't support our troops and country, go to the country of your choice and stay there!
