He got it one peice at a time. Bet it didn't cost him a dime. You might can say he drove right up to the factory and picked it up.

Lets see. You have a late 80's Chevy van, 99-02 Chevy front clip, some kind of Peterbilt sleeper cab and bumper/grille, for F150 bed. Now how many else can find more?

Well, it is possible to buy a dually flatbed with a van cab so that's probably what his project started with. Some conversion company makes them. After that he probably just drove to the junkyard every other weekend and made it a mission to fine one new piece for the project.
