Once in a lifetime deal...

Located in central Washington between Moses Lake and Ritzville this has to be the deal of a life time. Don't let the recent storms worry you any longer. For a mere 1.5 million, yes, that was an "M" you can own.......

A nice looking shop type building.(with trees and clouds/clouds subject to change without notice)

A chain link fence, complete with barbed wire.

Acres and acres (57) of low maintenance landscaping.

Paved parking with raised picnic platforms, totally private, and a great view of a few pines in the distance. Great for kids and kite flying. Light pole to remain.

Low profile, aerodynamic buildings designed to allow you and a few hundred friends to throw the wildest parties ever without neighbor issues. You can have tornado parties, hurricane parties and even nuclear attack parties.

Sliding roofs help ease operating costs by allowing for flow through ventilation during the spring and fall.

With your purchase you'll also receive a map, so you don't get lost going to the bathroom.

In addition, included with all the neat and hard to find items listed above, the package includes...
3 - 160' Tall Missile Silo
3 - (4 story) Equipment Terminal Bldgs
2 - Antenna Silos
100' Diameter Control Dome Bldg.
125' Diameter Power Dome Bldg.

For a total of (16) underground buildings. Underground utilities for an unobstructed view and a private entrance with elevator is also included.

Actually, I would really like to have one of those. A little out of my price range though.

Maybe the DTR needs a new batcave. It'll give the janitor a change of pace.

When I saw the pic of the galvalum pole barn I got excited ... Because I have one about the same size.

Then I scrolled down and . I guess the values of tin buildings haven't shot through the roof, some other things are factored into that price.

What I think is funny is he had to enhance the "M". Hell around here a residential acre sells for half a million. So thats pretty cheap land in my opinion.
