I dropped about 10 pounds last year and have picked up 6 so far this year.

Sounds like I need you down here. I just gave up on the crew I thought would do me a good job. They are history - - moving the fiver out there, new crew coming in and just stay out there to get this thing going. Sure wish my shoulder didn't hurt trying to swing a hammer - - sure would be fun to pound some nails.

Heidi - - how are you heading to Alaska - - RV? When and where? If you are RVing and need any tips, holler. I have some neat little wonderful places to hide.

Man, you guys are having it in the middle of the country. WOW - - the pics on TV are some amazing shots. OUCH OUCH. At least we know our hurricanes are coming way ahead of time. And if you are in the direct path of that tornado there is not much still standing. We are thinking of you guys.

Tacos tonight - - boy it has been a coons age since we had tacos - - in fact, I think since we were in Mexico and that was two years ago. OK, grabbing a ph00 and out of here.

Evening gents and wims. Really getting tired of all these storms and rain. We are currently at 14 inches of rain for the month of April Every time I turn around we have a tornado warning issued. For some reason tornado warning now means there is possibility for one to occur. When I was younger is used to be one was sighted and was on the ground.

OK, back online. The first one just missed us. it missed my stepson on the other side of town by lass than 3/4 mile. the number of fatalities will be staggering. Walking wounded, including folks missing limbs are uncountable at this time. DCH hospital in Tuscaloosa got hit. Look on abc, cbs, fox 6, 33/40 in Birmingham for streaming video of the damage. I'm going to start calling to see where I can help. Please pray for these folks, it's a battle ground here.

On average I drop 7-10 pounds at a good training session.
Strangest thing happened today. Took my truck into pick up some steel. Weighed it. 8300 pounds. Loaded a small piece of steel and came out back across the scale 8240. ??? I lost weight loading up.
Another interesting thing is this scale is tested and checked daily. It put the weight of my truck less then what the commercial scales on the highway said just last week.

Just watched the weather and storms tornadoes and the deaths and destruction. Monster storms just keep coming. Prayers are with you.

Be safe, seek shelter, if there is any.

Outta here for the night. Beady little eyes are about to clang shut.

Cool

Wow, Rick- so tough with family spreadout your way. one tree the wrong way has enormous devastation from some friends ' pics. glad that helping helps you.so nice to do for others and get some humble pie, awesome to see the volunteers. polar opposite of city/katrina. Yes, always Prayer when I hear a radio blip about bham weather...no shortage for you other guys Fronty,Scott, Scott (portage lightining strike), bincy-show-me-the-tornado.

dansville high school lost part of their roof, 60 mph gusts at squall line hit. that valley really can funnel a wind. we are on the west side mountain and just had spiral water from the downpour/wind combo. weird to watch, too many hills and ravines to make a tornado touch though.

really really cannot think of anything more scary for all of you in harm's way.
motorcycling/travelling has provided the on site view; loss and damage to property and soul is unfathomable to go through a 2nd, 6th, 17th time. American Pride. wow.

safe travels Stan.
Set the tone FiverconstructionBobo. lot of years working as the only girl in very men jobs, communication and a time schedule solves a LOT of problems.
gosh my hubby and i LOVE construction. rehab is needed. heheheh.

Scottyjaniwhiner-Bob invites me cause I can build my own acca mo da tionsand I can cook, clean, ride , rope, hammer and paint. carry my own insurance cause you know a weird fall will occur.......so I am entertaining as well. you know i miss you.
