OIL ANALYSIS

Hey everybody, New Guy with a Question. Does anyone have a sugestion for a good company to do my oil analysis?. I just purchased a '91 D250 with 250,000 and would like to get a baseline reading. Thanks in advance for the help

Welcome to the site FORDNOMORE.<br><br>Look around your area for a CAT, Cummins, Peterbilt, Kenworth or other such place as that. Most truck repair shops can do that.<br>I take my truck up to the local Cummins shop. They do the analysis there.<br><br>Rich.

Wanna see a wierd site? Visit bobistheoilguy.com and check out the oil nerd nirvana. There are links to oil analysis companies there. These guys are so twisted, they get their lawn mower oil anylized! :

Blackstone Labs is pretty well know and has extremely easy reports to win. Plus they always have a comments section where the chemists make comments on things they have found. <br>They are based out of California....
