I love "My Name Is Earl" and my wife can't stand it. She loves Jon&kate+8 and Biggest Loser and I can't stand them.

The show I suspend my sense of reality for is "24". I KNOW none can pull off what Jack Bauer does. Maybe some people can dodge death/capture/dismemberment the way Jack does once or twice in a lifetime, but this guy pulls off more magic each hour than David Blaine and Cris Angel do in a week, and he does it every hour, hour after hour. 24 hours in a row with no sleep and ya never see him eat or drink, either. If they ever end the series, I fully expect the last scene of the last episode to show Jack's skin to be peeled off and there's a cyborg inside.

I'll tell you why my wife likes Greys...its all about McDreamy as she calls him(the main dude doctor). Every now and then I'll stomach through one but I guess since she watches "The Unit" with me, I could at least catch Greys every once in a while. Oh, the sacrifices you make for the ones you love.

Its funny you say that. Wife and I always say "glasses on or off" when he makes some comment at the end of the opening segment before they play the opening song.

I am really getting tired of him.........they need to kill him off

Watched part of greys last night with my wife, it was SOOOO horrible I actually went and started cleaning up the basement. It "used" to be a decent show, but with whats her name doing the ghost guy and absolutely no plot. I usually end up pouring a double of crown, then doing something else. I'm just glad "Canadian idiot", er I mean "idol" has been pulled off due to market conditions...

There is a silver lining to this economic mess...

Im not the only one who thinks that!!! All of the shows are like that, to an extent. The lead character of either the show or that specific scene will always make some clitche statement RIGHT BEFORE the scene changes or a comercial break. Cant stand any of them.

Ive gotten to the point where I dont watch TV. Dont have one in my room or even a cable signal coming into my house. Ill watch every now and then whenever Im at a friends house or whatever but I consider myself detetched from TV.

Did you see the Man Vs. Food at Quaker Steak and Lube? When he eats the 6 Atomic Wings?

I eat those by the half bucket.

They are super hot, but I have something wrong with me and can tolerate hot stuff.

We have a Lube 4 minutes from us.

And Pittsburgh isn't the first Lube - its in Sharon, PA.

I'd also love to go to the Big Texan
