UGH! What a horrible weekend without DTR!!<br><br>Starting Saturday morning, we had sustained winds of 55mph with gusts over 80mph through the day! This was fallowed by snow and ice... then more wind!<br>We lost power early Saturday morning. Over the next 36 hours, we had power, lost power, had power... etc.<br>Cable also suffered from the same outages. Im use cable to connect to the internet! <br>UGH! No DTR all weekend!<br>Most of the area suffered from broken fences, downed trees, missing roofs, shattered windows, downed power poles and many, many car accidents.<br><br>We came out ok. Our fence was complety wiped off our property. But my family is ok, roof is still on our house, cars/truck are ok, windows are all accounted for, and we were able to maintain power long enough to keep the house warm(ish) and the food in the fridge cold.<br><br>The forcast for today is more wind. The weather folks are telling us to expect much of the same gusts of 60 to 80 mph today.<br>The hospital where I work is on generator. So far, this is the first time Ive been able to get my DTR fix!<br><br>Ahhhh.... feels good to be back &quot;home&quot; on DTR.<br><br>I will be filling my boots with concrete today to prevent from being blown away.<br><br>Rich.<br>
