Free birds is awesome. I also forgot about a walgreens and an Ecxerd (sp) that has moved in across the street from each other. Freebirds is awesome. I like Cotton Crack as well (Cotton Patch for those of you who don't know what I'm talking about).

Its not uncommon for me to ingest 7,000 calories daily when training.

Pre contest I am taking in 10K or more calories a day for 7 days prior. 45% protein...lean. 30% carbs.

I actually chuckle sometimes when I see what I have inhaled in the middle of the night.

Having 3 or four double whoppers hits the spot nicely.

A couple of rotisseire chickens and 4-5 baked potatos can take off the edge too.

Scotty do you compete in bodybuilding?? I hope to get back into it myself. I had a really bad back injury 2 1/2 yrs ago and it is kept me hiding in the dark from picking up anything heavy. Put it this way.......what is the point of lifting if you can't squat!!!???

I crack up at these LOW CARB diets because when I was training that is all I wanted to eat. CARBS CARBS CARBS!!!!!!!!

BIG BLUE to answer your question I am night owl supreme. On the weekends I usually don't run anywhere at 3am but I am usually munching away on something and watching a movie

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who likes to eat late at night. Right now it's a bottle of water. It'll probably be the 3 day old doughnuts before to long.

Shaders 24V, I compete in strongman comps. I have been lifting weights for over 20 yrs and as I get older I get stronger.

I am taking this yr off from competing and plan to be back for next season...with better endurance and strength.

Its all training and conditioning for this yr. Oh yeah and eating.
