USNAVY PACIFFIC FLEET - IS RED FACED
A SHIP IN THE CRUSER CLASS (USS PORT ROYAL) RAN AGROUND ON A SAND BAR LAST THURS ! HAS BEEN STUCK THERE SINCE -
THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING TO FREE IT .
ON THE BRIDGE ( CAPTAIN TO FIRST MATE -FULL A STERN)
A-SIR WE SEAM TO BE LODGED ON SOMETHING )
BAD DAY TO BE IN THE NAVY !
WHERE IS THAT RETIRED NAVY CHEF WHEN YA NEED HIM
OH-YEA STUCK IN TEXAS - GEESH I GUESS HIS NAVAGATION IS OFF ALSO
Maybe they were busy making another NUMA-NUMA video and didn't see the sandbar. Or maybe the navigator was busy texting his girlfriend ....
Eh ... those things happen from time to time. Sandbars have been known to pop up without warning. Not like reefs that take forever to make.

I think they're going to find someone was lacking in their math scores. The published report I saw stated they were in 22' of water. I guess they're draft is a bit more.

YEA -KIND OF EMBARISING ONE OF OUR MOST MODREN -CUMPUTER NAV & ALL STUCK ON ROCKS & SAND BAR IN ONE OF OUR OWN PORTS !
RIGHT AJASENT TO HONALULU AIRPORT
YEA I THINK SOME ONE PUT THE WRONG NAV PROGRAM IN THE CUMPUTER >
AND A GUIDED MISSLE CRUSER TWO
HOPE THEY CAN GUIDE THE MISSLES BETTER THAN THE SHIP
MAYBE THEY SHOULD GO BACK TO SOMEONE ON DECK WHITH A KNOT LINE CALLING OUT THE DEPTH TO THE NAVAGATOR
