Guess you guy aren't messin around when it comes to beer. I think ours use to be 18 pks but its either they tax the crap out of it or give us 12 and keep the other six for themselves.

One of my favorite things is to listen to the stories some of the old guys I know tell. Doesn't matter if its the old heads from work or the FIL or friends parents, everyone has a good story to tell. I figure one I'll eventually been in that position havin some young kid lookin up at me for advise or just to listen to me talk.

Take your time find the right girl. Took me, a longtime to find the girl I have now. And honestly I didn't find her... she found me. Met her at a new yrs party a friend was havin and she happened to come to the door when i was about to enter the house. She introduced herself and I introduced myself and the rest is history. Been with her 4 yrs now. Looking back on it all, the right girl for me just walked into my life, I didn't go lookin for a girl. Actually happened when i least expected it.

Nah man. We dont mess around.

I hear ya. My brother is 13 years older than mae. A lot of my friends are significantly older than I and its great to hear their stories. It's incredible to hear stories of the old ranch hands, the old cowboys in there 70s...crack open a beer and tell stories. Theyre as old and crust as an old cowboy can get, and they tell it like it used to be.

I'll know when she rolls into my life.

When are you coming out here anyway?

Dunno when i'll be out there. Mom and Dad will be there the end of the month for a week. They are talkin about hangin it up alot sooner than they originally planned, I guess business is pretty slow right now and dads gettin worried. If they end up hangin it up I'll be helpin them move out there. Some one has haul the tractors, turf truck, and dads diesel golf cart (with a 5 spd) out there. Depending how work goes I might have sometime off and the GF and I might head out west for a week. Told mom the other day that I've been thinkin about movin out west in a few yrs, either TX, NM, CO, or AZ. know I could find a job out there and so could the GF, but she has a 2 yr commitment at her current job so thats why I have to wait. With times being the way they are now and with me gettin married soon, it's hard to take time off just to take time off. I'm gonna be using any time I can just to get wedding stuff done and take of some other personal matters I have goin on.

Lay off the prune juice and you wouldn't have had to stop at Wally World for new shorts!

Nature will do funny things to heavy equipment especially when you over estimate your abilities or under estimate nature. One of the spots I was on yesterday is the same one where the home owner got a rented excavator stuck a few years ago. Move slow and don't pull hard on anything or you're sunk.......literally.
