New toys
Picked up smoking deal on a new Hobart airforce 625 plasma cutter and a Century 250GS mig welder. Paid 1200 for both tax and shipeed. Retail for 4K.
Going to build some bumpers for the Jeep, then tackle bumpers for the Dodge.

uuummm...makes me tingly...
my buddy bought a "cherry" four door 57 Chevy....for $2500
and the floor pans were SHOT
so five grindings discs later, he bought a plasma cutter, like $800.
he said the the plasma cutter was cheaper than buying enough disc's to finish the job

Hey Kenny D, great idea of making a bumber to double as air tank. Do the front bumber also and you will get "flotation" when the Keys flood!! By the way I love going down to the Keys. Wish I could live there and make a living.

Seriously nice score!!
Plasma cutters are nice. Just recently I had to destroy a Microsoft Zune with a plasma cutter because it got plugged into something it shouldn't have. Our military gents will know what I mean because it was something with a red sticker.
